FAQs:

What is a good first step?

Start with a vision. Sometimes it is helpful to get ideas from other websites. We have a gallery of websites we’ve created or you can browse Squarespace’s templates page.

Why Squarespace?

Squarespace is easy to use, comes at a reasonable price and has some of the best looking designs. There are other options, but we think Squarespace is the best for simple websites.

Should I build it myself?

If you are willing to invest the time and effort, it may be worth trying to build yourself. Otherwise, investing in a professional designer can make all the difference in speed and quality.

What are the costs?

Each website requires a Squarespace subscription to go-live (see rates), a domain (free for first year if purchased through Squarespace) and you may have a designer fee if you hire someone to build.
